Secondly, it is the right moment to decide from a large number of alternatives.  If we consider the example of computers, they can be helpful in offering several ways to something and achieving solutions. It is the same in business and in life. You can take your boat in a variety of directions, do it in several ways. Some are better, others are worse, no one is ideal. Your task is to respond to a crisis by selecting a course of action that looks best in circumstances you are currently experiencing. The last step is determination to make things happen.
